Vin Group is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales Executive / Manager with hands-on knowledge of the PVC industry to drive business development, customer engagement, and technical sales activities. The candidate should possess strong industry knowledge, customer relationship skills, and the ability to provide technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities in the PVC and polymer industry
- Generate new business through customer visits, networking, and market mapping
- Handle technical sales of PVC compounds, additives, lubricants, masterbatch, or related products
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, processors, and OEMs
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the PVC industry and processing applications
- Knowledge of PVC pipes, profiles, cables, compounds, masterbatch, additives, stabilizers, fillers, or related product categories
- Good technical and commercial understanding of customer requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven and capable of independently handling customer accounts and territory development
- Existing industry network and customer connections will be preferred
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, CIPET, or related field
- 2–8 years of experience in Technical Sales / Business Development in PVC or polymer-related industries
- Experience in field sales and customer handling is mandatory
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for regular customer visits
