🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals to support New Client Acquisition in the US market, along with gaining hands-on exposure to key operational functions across the organisation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the US.
• Generate and qualify leads and support client acquisition activities.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting.
Additional Exposure & Learning Opportunities:
• Opportunity to work closely with leadership (including exposure as an Executive Assistant to the MD).
• Gain exposure to recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Support data management and internal operations.
• Assist in documentation related to legal and accounts processes.
✅ Ideal Candidate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US (night shift) hours.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work across multiple business functions.
• Interest in sales, business development, operations, or international markets.
