Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a New Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, presenting sales proposals, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business growth objectives. Additionally, the role requires conducting market research, generating leads, and driving sales activities to expand the organization's client base and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Experience delivering Sales Presentations and driving Sales results
- Strong capabilities in Account Management and relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the polymers, plastics, or chemical industry is an added advantage
