We are expanding fast and looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and bring on new business clients. This is a performance-based, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential—the more you close, the more you earn.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & Identify: Find business owners (salons, clinics, restaurants, home services) who are missing calls and losing out on valuable customer revenue.
- Outreach & Connect: Build relationships and pitch Easydial as the ultimate revenue-saving solution via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or your existing network.
- Demo & Pipeline Management: Run or coordinate product demos with our team, guide prospects through the sales funnel, and maintain a simple pipeline.
- Close Deals: Negotiate and close deals directly, or collaborate with our internal team for a fast hand-off and close.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
- The B2B Hustler: You have proven experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally selling directly to small/local business owners.
- The Natural Communicator: You are comfortable owning a conversation from cold outreach to final close, handling objections with ease.
- The Self-Starter: You love autonomy. You are comfortable working independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Bonus Points: Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or tech tools to small businesses.
