Role Description
The New Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new clients to expand the company’s business portfolio. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, references, data sourcing, and field visits.
- Generate new leads through networking and market research.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
2️⃣ Client Acquisition
- Explain company products & services (Demat account, Trading account, Mutual Funds, etc.).
- Convince and convert leads into active clients.
- Assist clients in completing KYC and onboarding formalities.
3️⃣ Relationship Management
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects.
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client servicing.
4️⃣ Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Generate brokerage revenue and cross-sell financial products.
- Track performance and report daily activities to the reporting manager.
5️⃣ Market Awareness
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.
