About the role

New Breed is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing team. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our revenue-generating teams through process optimization, data analysis, and technology enablement. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and leverage HubSpot and other tools to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the revenue funnel - Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Implement and manage HubSpot and other tools to support revenue operations - Provide training and support to the revenue teams on the use of HubSpot and other technologies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, strategies, and KPIs - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve revenue operations Required Skills and Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights - Proficient in using HubSpot and other sales and marketing tools - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with sales and marketing processes, metrics, and best practices - Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to streamline processes and drive growth If you're excited about the opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative team and make a real impact on our customers' success, we'd love to hear from you.
