Middle+ Android Developer - Mobile Development

About the role : We are looking for a skilled Middle+ Android Developer to join our team and take ownership of enhancing and maintaining our Android applications. The ideal candidate will focus on building new features, improving app performance, and integrating third-party services while ensuring scalability and high-quality standards. #Key Roles & Responsibilities Role Summary : Minimum 3 years of Experience is desirable. • Android Development: Design, develop, and maintain Android applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. • Product Ownership: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to align app development with business goals. • Architecture & Code Quality: Implement MVVM/MVI architecture, modularization, and Clean Architecture principles to ensure maintainable and scalable code. • Third-Party Integrations: Integrate APIs and SDKs such as OneSignal (push notifications), Firebase, and Google AdMob for enhanced app functionality. • Asynchronous Processing: Utilize Kotlin Coroutines for efficient handling of background tasks and concurrency. • Dependency Injection: Implement Dagger 2 / Hilt for effective dependency management and modularization. • Testing & CI/CD: Write unit tests (JUnit, Turbine) and set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to streamline deployment. • Performance Optimization: Ensure battery efficiency, memory management, and responsiveness through rigorous testing and debugging. • Security & Compliance: Follow Google Play policies and best security practices to protect user data. • Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for development processes and architectural decisions. #deal Candidate/Soft Skills • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Android development. • Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK. • Strong understanding of Android app architecture (MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture) and modularization. • Experience with Kotlin Coroutines for managing background tasks. • Proficiency in dependency injection frameworks (Dagger 2 / Hilt). • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs. • Familiarity with Jetpack Compose and its advantages over XML-based UI. • Experience in writing unit tests (JUnit, Turbine) and implementing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). • Strong knowledge of Google Play policies, security best practices, and performance optimization.
