Traveling Associate Practice Development Manager Sales Remote (Tampa, Florida, US) Help grow the Neuronetics customer base by developing new accounts and increasing business with existing accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in the medical device, healthcare or other applicable industry, who is passionate about delivering superior customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Develop new business with healthcare providers, clinics, and other referral sources - Expand existing customer relationships to grow account penetration and revenue - Conduct presentations and demonstrations of Neuronetics' products and services - Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and other internal teams to support sales initiatives - Accurately record customer interactions and forecast future sales pipeline - Achieve individual and team sales goals Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3-5 years of successful medical device, healthcare, or other relevant B2B sales experience - Experience working remotely and/or extensive travel - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills - Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office suite - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
