Responsibilities -
- Develop and deliver go-to-market plans for new and existing Neuro products.
- Lead and manage the respective BL order and Margin targets for the region - Accountable to deliver the Quarterly and yearly budget on Orders and margin.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches and lifecycle management.
- Localise messaging and positioning for TIMEA markets.
- Monitor product performance and market trends to inform strategy.
- Support tendering, pricing, and reimbursement activities.
- Support the sales team and the product specialist to reach order targets
- Ensure that the margin targets are on track as per budgeted
- Provide sales training and enablement.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
- Champion customer needs and feedback, representing the field perspective to business line and product & technology teams.
Relevant Knowledge, Skills And CompetEncies -
- Experience in medical device sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Knowledge of Neuro portfolio and clinical environments is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
