Lead React Native Developer

Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the technical design and architecture of our cross-platform mobile applications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the mobile team through rigorous code reviews. Evaluate and select appropriate third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks to enhance the development process. Drive the strategy for state management (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand) and data fetching/caching. Hands-on Development & Native Bridging: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex technical challenges, particularly those involving native module integrations. Write high-quality, reusable, and performant code for critical features. Troubleshoot and resolve difficult performance bottlenecks (rendering issues, memory leaks) on both iOS and Android devices. Manage the build and release process for the App Store and Google Play Store, ideally utilizing CI/CD tools like Fastlane, CircleCI, or Bitrise. Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor mid-level and senior engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical development. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and timelines. Participate in hiring and onboarding new mobile team members.
