For our group company, NKG India Coffee Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a HR Manager (f/m/d).
The position will be based in Hassan and reports directly to CFO.

Your responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement.

  • Responsible in running the day-to-day HR operations including payroll computation, filling of all returns including PF and ESI and provide country-level support for employees in India.

  • Responsible for ensuring all the licenses and permits are renewed on time.

  • Recommend effective and efficient organization structure and development plans to coincide with strategic objectives.

  • Support the local implementation of regional and global HR initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain an effective recruitment, training, and development system.

  • Responsible in ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, government legislation and to keep abreast of latest updates.

  • Handle the counselling and disciplining of employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

  • Willing to travel locally as required.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.


Your profile

  • Excellent verbal and written English, Hindi and Kannada

  • Recognised Degree in Business Administration &/or Human Resource Management

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration function

  • Preference for experience in coffee or manufacturing industry

  • Background as a HR generalist with expert knowledge in the different HR specialties

  • Prior experience in running HR operations and services with knowledge of HR practices and legislation in India.

  • Experiences with Workday will be a plus.

  • Good in Analytical skills.

  • An individual contributor with strategic thinking, resourceful and proactive

  • Personable and approachable, while being firm, fair and objective with decisions

  • Teamwork and good collaboration skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
