Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead with strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba technologies. The role involves solution evaluation and end-to-end delivery of enterprise networking and security projects, including SDN-based infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead evaluation, and implementation of enterprise networking and security solutions:
- Routing & Switching
- Wireless Networks
- Network Access Control (NAC) – Cisco ISE & Aruba ClearPass
- Cisco DNAC (Software-Defined Access)
- Cisco FTD Firewall (Firepower Threat Defense)
Architect And Deliver Software-Defined & Data Center Infrastructure
- Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
- Aruba SDN / Fabric solutions (Aruba CX, EVPN-VXLAN, Aruba Central)
Work Closely With Sales And Presales Teams To Participate In Customer Meetings And Technical Presentations.Define And Execute Technical Delivery Strategy For
- New implementations
- Network refresh
- Migration and transformation projects
Collaborate with Pan India technical teams for execution and governanceProvide L3-level support and act as escalation point for complex issuesEnsure adherence to best practices, SOPs, and design standardsLead, mentor, and manage technical teams
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Cisco & Aruba Routing and Switching
- Enterprise Wireless (Cisco & Aruba)
- NAC: Cisco ISE and Aruba ClearPass
- Cisco DNAC
- Cisco FTD Firewall (policy configuration, VPN, IPS, URL filtering)
Expertise In SDN & Data Center Networking
- Cisco ACI (multi-tenant architecture, contracts, policies)
- EVPN-VXLAN fabric design and deployment
- Aruba CX-based fabric / Aruba Central
Experience in enterprise network security integrationProven experience in large-scale enterprise implementations, refresh, and migration projectsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Certifications (Mandatory)
Cisco Certifications:
- CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise / Data Center / Security preferred)
Aruba Certifications
- ACMP / ACDX / ACMX (or equivalent advanced certification)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesLeadership and team mentoring skill
