Position: Network Executive
Department: Network

Reporting To: Network Manager / Network Head
Job Purpose
The Network Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing Quantum CorpHealth Pvt. Ltd.'s healthcare provider network, including hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, ambulance service providers, and other healthcare partners across the assigned State/Zone.
The role involves provider onboarding, documentation, commercial coordination, operational support, agreement renewals, compliance tracking, escalation management, and maintaining network-related data and reports.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers within the assigned State/Zone.
- Handle end-to-end coordination for healthcare provider onboarding and operational enablement.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for required documents, registrations, licences, agreements, rate cards, and compliance records.
- Coordinate commercial discussions, rate negotiations, and pricing with healthcare providers as per company policies.
- Prepare, evaluate, and coordinate RFQs (Request for Quotations) from hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate execution and timely renewal of agreements/MOUs with network providers.
- Manage and resolve operational, commercial, and service-related escalations at the State/Zone level.
- Support Network Managers/Zone Leaders in resolving critical provider and business-related escalations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and network partners to ensure smooth healthcare service delivery.
- Conduct periodic network provider reviews/audits to ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence.
- Monitor the performance and service availability of network hospitals, diagnostic centres, and other providers.
- Identify and coordinate with new healthcare providers to expand the network as per business requirements.
- Maintain and update network master data, Enable/Disable sheets, agreement trackers, renewal trackers, RFQ trackers, and other operational MIS.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of network-related information in internal systems and portals.
- Assign, track, and coordinate network-related projects in consultation with internal stakeholders.
- Follow up with network providers for pending documentation, renewals, commercial approvals, and operational requirements.
- Provide backup support to team members and manage assigned responsibilities during their absence.
- Guide and support team members in accurate provider onboarding, documentation, project allocation, and execution.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide network-related data and updates to management.
- Perform other network-related duties and special assignments as assigned by the management.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of healthcare services and healthcare provider networks.
- Basic understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
- Willingness to learn healthcare operations and network management processes.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital/diagnostic centre coordination, vendor management, network management, or a similar role will be preferred.
