Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Network Support Technician, located in Kochi with the flexibility for partial remote work. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and minimized downtime. Responsibilities include providing technical support, resolving network-related issues, securing infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and support technology solutions. The candidate will also assist with configuring and maintaining network hardware, ensuring adherence to security protocols and policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and managing network hardware and software
- Strong Troubleshooting and Network Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support for network-related queries and issues
- Knowledge of Network Security principles and strategies to safeguard data and infrastructure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on complex projects
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure in corporate, education, or similar domains is a plus
