Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Support Technician, located in Kochi. The role involves day-to-day tasks like network administration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to maintain and optimize network performance. Responsibilities include ensuring network security, identifying and resolving connectivity issues, and collaborating with team members to implement and maintain network solutions. The technician will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the organization's IT systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration and maintenance of network systems.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Network Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Experience in Network Security protocols and ensuring the integrity and safety of data transmissions.
- Ability to provide effective Technical Support for end-users and resolve system and connectivity challenges.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
- Knowledge of structured cabling systems and familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure is an advantage.
