Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Network Support Specialist. The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks will include network administration, implementing network security measures, and providing technical support to resolve connectivity issues. The individual will collaborate with team members to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring seamless network operations for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Networking and Network Administration to set up, configure, and optimize network systems
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to address and resolve network-related issues promptly
- Experience with Network Security practices to safeguard organizational data and secure connectivity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
