Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Support Specialist, based in Jaipur. The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and optimizing networking performance. Additional responsibilities include installing, configuring, and managing devices related to networking infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted services for both internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Networking concepts
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving issues through Troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Network Security practices and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent are a plus
- KNOWLEDGE OF SERVER STORAGE & FIREWALL ALSO
