Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Support L2 position located in Bengaluru South, with an option to work from home on select days. The responsibilities include managing network administration, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring network security. The role also involves collaborating with teams to maintain and optimize networking systems for smooth and secure operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve network-related issues promptly.
- Knowledge of Network Security practices and protocols to safeguard systems and data.
- Experience in Networking, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
