Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
- Understand and apply network solutions based on organizational needs
- Demonstrate strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Install, commission, and maintain CCTV systems including cameras, NVRs, video management servers, and applications
- Troubleshoot and repair CCTV system malfunctions
- Interpret proposal documents, schematics, and drawings related to CCTV systems
- Conduct site visits and plan projects
