Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for Network & IT Support Engineers (L1/L2) based in Delhi, India. The engineers will be responsible for:
- Network Monitoring: Maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi‑Fi controllers.
- AV & Video Wall Support: Manage LED video walls, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
- Server & Storage: Monitor server health, backups, and storage utilization.
- User Support: Resolve desktop, login, printer, and connectivity issues.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot, escalate, and document issues.
- Security Monitoring: Track firewall alerts, endpoint security, and compliance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine checks on network devices, servers, storage, and workstations.
- Documentation: Maintain inventory, diagrams, and daily health reports.

Working Requirements: Full‑time onsite deployment, shift‑based support if required, availability during critical incidents.
Deliverables: Daily health reports, incident resolution logs, preventive maintenance checklists, monthly uptime reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering, including installation, configuration, and management of network systems.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve network‑related issues efficiently.
- Experience with Network Security, including implementing and maintaining safe network practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimisation practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA / HCIA / Network+ | MCSE / RHCSA | Firewall OEM certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
