What You’ll Do
- Provide operational support for enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching platforms
- Support and maintain firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and software upgrades
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP solutions, including LTM and GTM
- Support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including access points, controllers, and authentication services
- Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution in a production, high-availability environment
- Participate in a 24x7 support model, including on-call rotations as required
- Implement and support network automation using tools such as Python, Ansible, and vendor APIs
- Monitor network performance and capacity, proactively identifying and remediating issues
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and change management activities
- Collaborate with security, systems, and application teams to support business initiatives
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support or engineering roles
- Strong understanding of wireless networking, including 802.11 standards and RF fundamentals
- Experience with network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, and REST APIs
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security principles
- Experience supporting production, high-availability enterprise environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
