🌍 Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L1/L2 Support)
We’re looking for skilled professionals to join our Global Technical Operations Center (TOC) team in Mumbai, India.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls & Voice networks
Manage routers, switches, firewalls & load balancers
Monitor performance, handle incidents & changes
Maintain dashboards & documentation
Collaborate with global teams & vendors
🛠 Skills & Tools:
Routing: RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
Networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP
Devices: Cisco / Juniper / Bluecoat
Storage: SAN/NAS, Veritas, S3
OS: Unix/Linux (basic admin & troubleshooting)
Automation (plus): Python, Ansible
Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow
Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE / Red Hat / ITIL
