Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network Support Engineer located in south Goa. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. Key duties include managing and configuring network systems, providing technical support, ensuring network security, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain optimal network performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge and expertise in Network Security
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Experience in enterprise-level networking environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
