Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About The Role
We are looking for a skilled
Network Support Engineer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, networking environment, and security systems across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 administration, CCTV systems, and access control solutions.
This role requires regular travel across company locations, so candidates must have a
two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VPN networks
- Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Provide L2/L3 support for network, hardware, and software issues
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity bottlenecks
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Windows/Linux systems
- Support and maintain CCTV surveillance systems including NVR/DVR management
- Configure and troubleshoot access control systems, biometric devices, and card readers
- Maintain network documentation, system configurations, and infrastructure records
- Coordinate with vendors for installations, maintenance, and upgrades
- Support backup, recovery, and IT security initiatives
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across multiple office locations
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Network/System Support
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory
- Experience supporting CCTV and Access Control systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.
- Good documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or Microsoft Certified
- Experience from Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Coworking, or Managed Office industries
