Role Description
The Network SME role at InnovyQ Solutions is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing and managing LAN, WLAN, Firewall, and Network Access Control technologies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of network systems. The Network SME will design network solutions, troubleshoot issues, implement best practices in network security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. Additionally, the SME will monitor network operations and provide expertise on network upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Network Administration and Networking
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Network Design
- Strong knowledge of Network Security best practices and technologies
- Hands-on experience with LAN, WLAN, Firewall, and Network Access Control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar are a strong advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate across teams
Key Skill Requirements:
- LAN / Data Center Networking: Aruba LAN, Aruba Switching, STP, VLAN, VXLAN, Spine‑Leaf architecture, Arista, Data Center networking
- WLAN: Aruba Wireless, Aruba Central, Instant Access Points (IAP)
- Firewall & Security: Palo Alto Firewalls, Zoning, Network Segmentation
- NAC: Aruba ClearPass (authentication, authorization, policy enforcement)
Experience: 10–12 years (flexible based on skill fit)
Preferred location: Pune/Chennai
Certification (Mandatory Any of them) : Arista LAN, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba LAN, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto Certified Engineer, Zscaler.
