Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or MCA
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network & Security Engineering
- Mandatory Security Certification (any one):
- CCNP Security
- Fortinet NSE
- JNCIS-SEC
- Strong understanding of network security principles, standards, and best practices
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale, high-availability security infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large enterprise or government customers
- Hands-on exposure to CERT-In, MeitY, and Third Party Audits (TPA)
- Proven expertise in incident handling, root cause analysis, and breach response
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage secure and redundant routing & switching infrastructure ensuring 24x7 service availability
- Implement network segmentation for enhanced security and fault isolation
- Configure and manage VPN connectivity (IPSec/SSL) for remote offices and departments
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Next Generation Firewalls (NGFWs)
- Operate Anti-DDoS solutions to mitigate volumetric and protocol-based attacks
- Enforce Web Application Firewall (WAF) protections for public-facing applications
- Deploy and manage Anti-APT solutions
- Administer Software and Link Load Balancers across multiple ISPs
- Design and maintain high-availability security architectures
- Implement Endpoint Security, antivirus, device control, and policy enforcement
- Monitor sensitive data using DLP tools aligned with data classification standards
- Operate EDR/XDR solutions for continuous monitoring and response
- Implement malware protection across endpoints and servers
- Enforce access control policies (RBAC, least privilege, periodic access reviews)
- Manage data encryption, key management, and PKI-based authentication
- Operate IDS/IPS systems for threat detection and mitigation
- Analyze logs and security events using SIEM tools
- Lead incident response activities in coordination with CERT-In, TPA, and MeitY
