Role Description
Role Summary
This role will support a high-priority initiative within the Network Reliability team. The selected candidate will strengthen the team’s capacity and contribute to ongoing network operations and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of network solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Partner closely with Network Operations (NOC) anbd Solution Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with enterprise standards
- Integrate new technologies into the enterprise network environment while maintaining stability, scalability, and performance
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the network infrastructure
- Test and validate new hardware platforms and software images prior to deployment
- Maintain and enforce network configuration standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational consistency
- Support strategic initiatives aligned with the enterprise network architecture roadmap
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing exercises, security reviews, and audit activities
- Collaborate with global teams, sharing technical updates and best practices
Experience
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in network engineering within an IT environment
