Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Network Operations Manager. The Network Operations Manager will oversee, maintain, and enhance the organization's network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security. Duties include managing network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing system upgrades, ensuring optimal network performance, and safeguarding the systems against security threats. The role also involves supervising a team of IT professionals, coordinating with third-party vendors, and developing strategies for continuous system optimization and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN designs, firewalls, routers, and switches
- Technical expertise in system upgrades, network optimization, and IT-related problem-solving
- Experience with network security, firewall management, and ensuring data integrity
- Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals
- Vendor management and ability to coordinate with external service providers effectively
- Proficiency in monitoring technologies and incident management tools
- Exemplary analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in network operations management is preferred
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus
