Role: NOC Network Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, India (Onsite)
Shift: 24×7 NOC (Rotational)
This is a hands-on role focused on real-time monitoring, deep troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end incident resolution across AWS, Azure, hybrid, and on‑prem environments in a global enterprise setting.
Must Haves:
- 2–5 years in NOC / Network Operations
- Hands-on AWS and/or Azure networking
- Experience handling P1/P2 incidents in 24×7 environments
- Strong troubleshooting (routing, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers)
- Experience with Tools: Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, SolarWinds
- ITSM experience with ServiceNow
