Network TraineeFRESHERS / 0–1 YR
Experience: Fresh graduates (0–2 year)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (on-site)
Shift: Rotational, 24x7 environment

About the Role
As a Network Trainee, you will begin your career with structured training and hands-on exposure to enterprise networking in a live 24x7 NOC. You will learn to monitor, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers, building the foundation for a career as a Network Engineer.
What We're Looking For
Network Trainee Position:
• A graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills — clear verbal and written English, comfortable interacting with customers and teams.
• A strong foundation in computer networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, OSI model) — or CCNA training / CCNA certificationis highly desirable.
• Genuine interest in networking and a desire to build a long-term career in this domain.
• Willingness to work in a rotational 24x7 shift environment, including nights and weekends.
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
Network Engineer Position:
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in network support or a NOC environment.
• CCNA certified (or equivalent practical expertise); CCNP training is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP), and hands-on exposure to Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Aruba platforms.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and incident/ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working in rotational 24x7 shifts.
What You'll Do
• Monitor network and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Log, track, and escalate incidents following defined procedures.
• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Learn and apply best practices in network operations and customer support.
• Provide L1 monitoring, incident detection, and first-level troubleshooting.
• Resolve incidents within SLA and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation, shift handovers, and incident logs.
• Support change implementation and routine network maintenance.
