Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in networking, Audio-Visual (AV) systems, and IT Helpdesk support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, supporting AV environments, and ensuring seamless end-user IT support across the organization. While 80% of work will be on Networking areas, 20% will be on AV & End-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Ensure network security, uptime, and compliance with policies
- Handle network upgrades, patches, and capacity planning
- Beyond office hours and weekend network upgrades & support
- Commute between office sites when required
- Attend meeting with clients, live configurations & troubleshooting
Audio-Visual (AV) Support:
- Manage and support AV systems including video conferencing, meeting room setups, and digital signage
- Troubleshoot AV issues in conference rooms and collaboration spaces
- Support platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, Google etc.
- Coordinate AV setup for events, meetings, and executive sessions
Helpdesk & End-User Support:
- Provide L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals
- Handle incident/change management, service requests, and escalations
- Handle multi-site networks with dual ISP’s, VPN tunnels
- Support OS (Windows/macOS), Office 365, and enterprise applications
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver high-quality customer service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3s+ years of experience in Network Engineering and IT Support
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching, HA, VC.
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls, Juniper Mist, Cisco etc
- Hands-on experience with AV technologies and conferencing tools
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow etc
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Network Documentation including RCA’s, Project Management
- Network Monitoring tools like Manage Engine, PRTG, Nagios etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent
- Experience in enterprise or managed services environments
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
