Your Team Responsibilities
Cloud & Datacenter Engineering
- Provide deep technical expertise in provisioning, configuring, and supporting cloud and datacenter networking components
- Lead and contribute to technical design discussions across infrastructure, application development, and support teams for deployments involving IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
- Work directly with Cloud Service Providers (CSP), Telecom Providers and internal engineering teams to resolve integration issues and improve interoperability
Architecture, Design & Delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to design innovative cloud-based solutions, including re-architecture and migration of existing on-premises applications to modern cloud platforms.
- Produce high-quality architectural deliverables, such as network topology diagrams, migration plans, timelines, and project documentation
- Stay current on emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices related to Windows/Linux hosting, Kubernetes, and elastic compute environments
Operations, Troubleshooting & Governance
- Provide Level 3 support for Incident and Problem Management, including advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis leveraging AI
- Plan, test, and implement complex network changes across cloud and datacenter environments, ensuring reliability and adherence to change management standards
- Maintain operational excellence through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Key Responsibilities

Required Technical Experience
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Hands-on managing, configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls in cloud and datacenter infrastructure
- Hands-on managing, configuring and troubleshooting F5 Load-Balancer in datacenter infrastructure
- Hands-on managing, configuring and troubleshooting VxLAN networks using Cisco Nexus 9000 switch
- Hands-on experience using Cisco Nexus Fabric Controller (NDFC)
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases, and application hosting environments
- Demonstrated experience implementing or integrating solutions across Azure and/or GCP using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Desired Technical Experience
- Experience using any of the following tools: Solarwinds, Netbrain, ExtraHop, NetScout
- Experience using Wireshark to perform deep packet analysis
- Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Instances, Azure Container Registry, or Azure Service Fabric
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control platforms (Azure DevOps, Git, TFS)
- Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as ARM, Terraform, or CloudFormation
Education & Experience
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Engineering experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting cloud and datacenter infrastructure
Professional & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success supporting and delivering cloud or datacenter migration initiatives
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid project management skills and familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies
- Experience in application and network security design is a plus
