Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with
5–7 years of experience to manage and optimize our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Software-Defined Networking (Cisco ACI), high-end firewall management, and load balancing.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Deploy, monitor, and maintain Cisco ACI (SDN) solutions and core Routing & Switching environments.
- Security Operations: Administer and optimize Cisco FTD (Next-Gen) and Palo Alto firewalls. This includes rule-base analysis, performance tuning, and change management.
- Traffic Management: Support and configure Citrix Load Balancers to ensure high availability.
- Identity Management: Manage Cisco AAA servers and access control policies.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network issues involving TCP/IP, NAT/PAT, and advanced routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation of network configurations, changes, and optimization strategies.
Required Technical Skills
- Networking: Strong hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, and Cisco ACI/SDN.
- Firewalls: Proficiency in at least two: Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, or Check Point.
- Analysis: Expert understanding of Network ports, NAT, PAT, and Access Lists.
- Certifications: Entry-level OEM certification in a relevant sub-domain is compulsory. CCNA/CCNP or ACI certifications are highly preferred.
Education & Experience
- Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in BFSI, PSU, Govt, or reputed MNCs.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics from a recognized University.
