- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the Data Center network environment
- Manage and administer the Data Center network infrastructure
- Analyze, classify, and resolve network incidents
- Optimize and continuously improve existing network architectures to ensure secure and highly available operations
- Serve as the technical contact for internal departments as well as national and international customers
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects after appropriate onboarding ________________________________________ Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science (or a related field) or completed vocational training in IT
- Professional experience in network administration
- Hands-on experience with networking solutions from Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point and/or Juniper
- Vendor certification in at least one of these technologies is desirable
- Strong knowledge of Switching, Routing (OSPF, BGP, VRF), and VPN
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to participate in shift work
- High level of flexibility, commitment, creativity, and assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills, self-discipline, and teamwork
