Desired Competencies
- Hands‑on expertise in SD‑WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela / Versa / Fortinet / Meraki) including policy design, redundancy, and failover
- Deep experience in enterprise wireless networks using Aruba Controllers, Aruba Central, and ClearPass
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols – BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and WAN path optimization
- Expert‑level troubleshooting of L2/L3 network issues, latency, jitter, packet loss, and performance degradation
- Solid hands‑on experience with LAN switching (VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, EtherChannel, QoS)
