Hiring: Network Support Engineer (L2) – NOC Operations
Work location : Technopark ,Trivandrum
We’re hiring for our client for a skilled L2 Network Support Engineer with 2–4 years of experience
Role Overview:
Handle advanced troubleshooting, manage escalated incidents (P1/P2), and ensure high availability of network and infrastructure systems. Act as the key escalation point for L1 and coordinate with L3 teams during critical outages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex network/infrastructure issues within SLA
• Perform deep troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, connectivity)
• Lead incident handling, escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Support major incident response and service restoration
• Contribute to RCA, runbooks, and continuous improvement
Skills Required:
• Strong networking fundamentals & troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools (Zenduty, Dynamics 365, Zoho Desk)
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics & alerts
• Good communication & documentation skills
Preferred Certifications: CCNA / Network+ / ITIL (Linux/Cloud is a plus)
Work Environment: 24×7 NOC (rotational shifts)
