Role Description The Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Indore district. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and high-performance connectivity. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations for reliability and scalability. The Network Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support upgrades, apply security best practices, and document network changes and standards. The position also requires proactive capacity planning, participation in incident response, and support for end users on network-related issues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for planning, deploying, and optimizing network architectures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Troubleshooting for managing network devices, monitoring performance, and resolving connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security for implementing firewalls, access controls, and security policies to protect data and infrastructure.
- Relevant experience with routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and QoS.
- Ability to document network configurations and procedures clearly and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar credentials are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in cross-functional teams.
