24*7*365Troubleshooting and Diagnosing LAN & Wi-Fi, Resolution of Network Issues to maintain high Network Availability for end users/businesses

BTECH
Functional Skills/Competencies
Good hands-on experience on Wireless technology, particularly Aruba Switches and Aruba Access Points, Basic Knowledge on Network Routing and Firewall
Behavioral Skills/Competencies
Perfect communication in English, End-user service-oriented, Good Interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure, Rigour and synthesis, Advanced level of troubleshooting skills
