Role Description The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructure to support organizational operations. Day-to-day tasks include configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity and security issues, and applying updates and patches to network devices. The role will also involve collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to plan network enhancements, document network architectures, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for planning, deploying, and optimizing network architectures.
- Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills for managing daily operations and resolving issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess practical Network Security skills for protecting data, managing firewalls, and implementing security best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to document network configurations, follow structured change management processes, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to reliable service delivery.
