Job details:
Monitor network gear, SaaS services,, manage incoming alerts, and perform initial triage for network issues.
Assist in network maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Support key network technologies such as Cisco Meraki Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, routers, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox.
Monitoring services and alerts for: network gear and perform initial triage for network/SaaS platform issues.
Flexibility to cover a shift schedule to ensure 24x7 support for our offices. May include an on-call rotation.
