Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Network Engineer for an on-site role located in Jaipur. The Network Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless functioning of network systems, including designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuring and managing network devices, optimising performance, monitoring for issues, and ensuring security compliance with industry standards. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external service providers to support the company’s global client base effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Network Administration and Network Engineering to configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in networking technologies are encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
- This is a 24×7 support role aligned with the EST time zone. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and supporting operations as required.
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Network Design to enhance network performance and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Network Security to ensure system integrity and prevent unauthorised access
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders and convey technical information clearly
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly advantageous
- Experience in IT and telecommunications, especially in managed services, is a plus
