Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer (Fresher) located in Jaipur.
This role is designed for freshers who want to start their career in networking and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in basic network monitoring, learning network operations, and supporting the team in day-to-day troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
The role provides hands-on training and exposure to real-time network environments, monitoring tools, and basic networking concepts. It is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and build a strong foundation in network engineering.
You will be part of a learning-focused environment where you will gain practical experience in identifying network issues, escalating problems, and understanding how enterprise networks are managed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- Freshers or recent graduates (2023–2025 pass-outs preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, IP addressing, TCP/IP)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment (rotational shifts)
- Any networking certification (optional but good to have): CCNA / CompTIA Network+
