About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer (Mid-Level) with expertise in hybrid cloud connectivity to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network solutions that integrate cloud environments with on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking principles, hands-on experience with cloud networking services, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network performance. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment and is suited for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' cloud migration initiatives, network security, and enterprise connectivity needs, ensuring reliable and secure network operations across diverse environments.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in network engineering, with exposure to cloud or hybrid environments
- Strong understanding of VPN technologies (IPSec), BGP routing, and TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking services (VPCs, VGW, TGW, routing tables, security constructs)
- Experience troubleshooting complex connectivity issues across multiple network layers
- Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions including MPLS, Direct Connect, and SD-WAN
- Ability to work with external customers and internal teams in a coordinated, delivery-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud and hybrid network architectures to support business needs
- Configure and manage VPN solutions, including IPSec VPNs, to establish secure remote connectivity
- Manage and optimize AWS networking services such as VPCs, VGW, TGW, and related routing configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues across multiple layers and environments
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute network migration and expansion projects
- Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewall rules and segmentation strategies
- Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance
