Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing connectivity across systems and business operations. Role focuses on network performance, troubleshooting, security, and infrastructure stability in fast-paced technology environments.
This role requires strong technical expertise in networking technologies, problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage critical infrastructure systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security across environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, outages, and connectivity problems
- Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based networking environments
- Implement network security measures and maintain access controls
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams on system upgrades and deployments
- Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning activities
- Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives related to network infrastructure
- Ensure adherence to operational standards, security policies, and compliance requirements

Core Competencies

- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of network security principles and access management
- Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving capability
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure support roles
Preferred Background
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are an advantage
- Experience with cloud networking environments and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with network automation and infrastructure monitoring tools
- Exposure to enterprise-grade or large-scale network environments
