We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with ISP and NOC experience to join our Network Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure, backbone links, customer circuits, and services using NMS tools.
- Perform first-level and second-level troubleshooting for network incidents and outages.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to routing, switching, wireless networks, fiber connectivity, and internet services.
- Escalate critical incidents to higher technical teams and vendors when required.
- Monitor network performance, utilization, and service availability.
- Handle customer complaints and technical tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
- Perform link testing, bandwidth verification, and service restoration activities.
- Maintain daily operational reports, incident reports, and outage documentation.
- Coordinate with field engineers for fault isolation and resolution.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in planned maintenance windows and emergency network restoration activities.

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ISP, NOC, Telecom, or Network Operations environments.

- Experience in handling enterprise internet leased lines and broadband networks.
- Understanding of SLA management and incident handling processes.
