Role Overview
As an NSOC L1 Engineer, you will monitor IT infrastructure and client networks, respond to alerts and incidents, escalate issues, and help ensure the stability and security of enterprise systems. This is an entry-level role ideal for motivated candidates eager to launch a career in IT operations and cybersecurity.
What We Are Looking For
- Interest in Networking, IT Support, or Security Operations
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewalls
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux basics
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Education
- B. Tech/B.E./BCA/B.SC (IT, CS, Electronics or related field)
