Role Description
We are hiring a Network and Empanelment Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru North, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, managing the empanelment process for hospitals and wellness service providers, and negotiating contract terms. You will oversee the expansion of our provider network, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously monitor provider performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for growing and maintaining the provider ecosystem will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in provider/network engagement, contract negotiation, and empanelment management
- Strong project management experience with abilities in planning, implementation, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of healthcare systems, telemedicine, and provider workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using insights to optimize network performance
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in health tech or with healthcare providers is advantageous
