About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Network & Security Engineer – L3 with strong expertise in enterprise network security, firewalls, application security, endpoint security, and network infrastructure.
The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with
F5 BIG-IP and Web Application Firewall (WAF) along with expertise in enterprise firewall and security technologies.
Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 Years

Mandatory Technical Skills
F5 BIG-IP & Web Application Firewall (WAF)
Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience working with
F5 and WAF technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise Network & Security solutions.
- Implement and manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and security policies.
- Configure and support IPSec and SSL VPN technologies.
- Manage firewall policies, NAT configurations, routing, and security hardening.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP, Load Balancers, and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
- Support reverse proxy and application delivery requirements.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, network connectivity, and security-related issues.
- Manage and support Endpoint Security solutions including EDR, MDR, and XDR.
- Deploy and support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot Aruba wired and wireless networking solutions.
- Perform firmware upgrades, health checks, preventive maintenance, and security assessments.
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support customers during implementation, migration, and post-deployment activities.
- Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, SOPs, and Knowledge Transfer (KT) documents.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Coordinate with OEM TAC teams for technical escalations and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
