We are seeking a skilled Network AIOps Engineer with strong expertise in network automation, telemetry, and AI-driven network operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with network monitoring protocols, automation frameworks, and AIOps platforms to improve network reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Location- Pan India/Remote
Responsibilities-
- Design, implement, and maintain Network AIOps solutions for enterprise environments.
- Develop and support network automation using scripting languages such as Python or Ansible.
- Configure and troubleshoot network monitoring using SNMP, ICMP, and other network management protocols.
- Collect, analyze, and optimize network telemetry data for proactive monitoring and predictive insights.
- Integrate telemetry and monitoring data with AIOps platforms for anomaly detection, event correlation, and automated remediation.
- Collaborate with network engineering and operations teams to automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Monitor network health, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement preventive measures.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements.
- Create technical documentation, automation workflows, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills-
- Strong experience in Network Automation (Python, Ansible, or similar tools).
- Hands-on knowledge of SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX.
- Experience with Network Telemetry and streaming telemetry technologies.
- Exposure to AIOps platforms and AI/ML-driven network monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of enterprise networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewalls.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco ThousandEyes, Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, DevNet, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise network environments.
