Role Overview
As a
Tech Lead at NetWeb Software, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to leverage technology for competitive advantage, driving innovation and efficiency across their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our software solutions.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and API documentation.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and robust software solutions using Python, Node.js, Java, and PHP.
- Proven expertise in front-end development using React.js.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, including experience with services like EC2, S3, and Lambda.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and guide a team of developers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
